Chicken character concept

Export 2 Reality is a small design company based on the south coast of England, we specialise in the production of high quality 2D and 3D graphics, for almost any platform or media. We achieve this in a very simple way: We combine a strong knowledge of new technology, business, and popular trends with solid art and design background. This enables us to confidently and creatively manipulate technology into new creations.

Our background lies firmly in computer games and 3D graphics. Its an ever changing and rapidly growing industry and one that we thoroughly enjoy working in (most of the time!). Designing content for computer games requires understanding of the most complex 3D and art techniques, as well as the highest level of quality, something that we naturally translate into every project we do.

Ben Wilkinson

Ben Wilkinson - Director of Export 2 Reality

Export 2 reality was set up and is run by Ben Wilkinson. After obtaining a First Class Honors degree in De Montfort universities “Computer Game Art” (BA) course in Leicester, and working for AAA games development company Outso, Ben chose to set up his own company in order to further his learning and explore new areas of design, as well as make a bit of money along the way!

Ben has directed (and in most cases produced the artwork on) every project E2R has completed to date and as the only full time employee of the company hes the main driving force behind everything we do.

Three years later and Export 2 Reality is still going strong, and we have a large base of clients in many different business areas including: Computer games, 3D children’s animation, iPhone App development, Website design, Architectural visualisation, Medical visualisations and Real time simulations.

Export 2 Reality is currently based in The Design Chapel, a Grade II listed building, which dates from the 1840s, and is situated in Southampton’s Old Cemetery on Southampton Common. The building has been converted, in recent years, from a derelict Chapel to an office space.

The Design Chapel is the home for many other creative’s and small businesses. We regularly collaborate together on all sorts of interesting projects!
